I acknowledge the following:The total cost of a puppy will be discussed directly. I understand that the wait list deposit for a puppy in a future litter will be collected at the time of being placed on the wait list. Prior to collecting for the deposit, your application will be reviewed and Dr Elizabeth Rose will contact you for a phone call to discuss details and planned litters. Once a puppy is reserved, the remaining balance of the initial deposit will be due. The final balance will be due when you receive your puppy.
